With over a decade of dedicated teaching experience, Mr. Melwin V Felix stands as an esteemed figure in the realm of commerce education. Armed with an M.Com degree specializing in Finance and having cleared the prestigious SLET exam, he currently serves as the Dean of Commerce at our esteemed institution.

The journey of Mr. Melwin in academia extends far beyond the classroom. For the past 11 years, he has been instrumental in shaping the careers of aspiring Chartered Accountants through his expert guidance in CA Foundation classes. His commitment to excellence is further evident by his teaching of certificate courses in Data Analysis using Excel and Tally. ERP 9, enriching students with practical skills crucial for today's competitive world.

In addition to his teaching prowess, he is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, specialized in Stress management. His scholarly contributions are notable, with research papers presented and published at esteemed forums such as the Fifth International Conference on Sustainable Inclusive Growth in the Global Scenario, held in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. His work has also graced the pages of prestigious journals including the Intercontinental Management Research Review and the International Research Journal of Management and Commerce, both UGC approved.

Beyond academia, he is a sought-after adjudicator at various commerce and management fests. He has also conducted impactful career guidance sessions, most recently at Sharadha Degree College, Talapady.
